OCG’s Interior Design studio is led by Kellye O’Kelly, who has over 20 years of experience and specializing in residential and hospitality interior design, fixed finishes, furnishings, and soft goods. Having managed projects not only in the Vail Valley but throughout the continental United States and Hawaii, Kellye has a thorough understanding of architectural and design standards with an appreciation for clean, modern style. Kellye deftly balances the needs of her clients while providing fresh perspective and a knowledge of current trends with lasting style. When our Interior Design and Construction Management teams are paired together, we offer a seamless approach to design and construction, providing clients a one stop shop for the project of their dreams.
Construction Management & General Contracting
Collaboration and Communication are key for construction projects to succeed, OCG has built our Construction Management/General Contracting team on this foundation and bring it with us for all facets of the project. We offer full service and turn key CM/GC services primarily in the Vail Valley. Our team has run residential and commercial projects ranging from 1000 sq. ft interior store renovations up to multi-million-dollar tear down and rebuilds. We are flexible in our project delivery method but prefer ones that allow us to work with the design team through a Design Build process so we can help guide the project to the most constructible and cost effective solution to meet the client’s goals.

OCG serves as an ally to the client, whether they are a corporation or a private party, we work to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities in development and construction projects. Providing comprehensive services during Predevelopment, Design, Bidding, Construction, and Turnover for all facets of the construction and development process, including Design and Construction RFP, Financial and Schedule analysis, and Onsite Construction Management.
